For Jessica, a reliable car isn’t just convenience. It’s how she gets to work. It’s how she stays in school. It’s how she keeps moving forward.

After spending six years in foster care, she learned early what it means to navigate life without a safety net. No family to call when something breaks. No backup plan when things go wrong.

So when her car needed repairs, everything felt at risk. But someone stepped in.

Because her dream was met, Jessica now has a safe, working car and with it, stability she didn’t have before.

She shared, “I’m super thankful to have a working car now, and I can make it to my new job. Yay!”

Jessica is working full time while studying English in college, continuing to build a future on her own terms. And through it all, she’s held onto something rare.

“Somehow, some way, my hardship hasn’t made me hard. I’m still soft and sensitive and believe in the good in everyone and everything.”

That kind of resilience doesn’t come easy.
