But for youth who have aged out of foster care, the season can be a painful reminder of broken relationships, loss, and the reality of navigating life without the family support so many others take for granted.
For years, Dream Makers has had the honor of helping change that story. Through the generosity of our community, we’ve been able to provide more than a meal. We’ve created opportunities for former foster youth to feel remembered, cared for, and connected during a season when those things can matter most.

Every $25 provides a Thanksgiving meal and care to one youth.
