At 18, Amazin aged out of foster care with no support system or safety net. Since then, every step toward stability has been something she’s had to fight for on her own while raising her son and building a better future for their family.

One of her biggest challenges was transportation. Without a reliable car, everyday life meant depending on others or unreliable public transportation just to get where they needed to go.

Through Dream Makers, Amazin’s dream of down payment assistance for a reliable vehicle was fulfilled, giving her the opportunity to create sustainable monthly payments and finally have dependable transportation.
