Takara is dreaming of car repairs to make her vehicle safe and reliable. Fulfilling this dream will allow her to consistently get to school, clinicals, and daily responsibilities without the added stress of unreliable transportation.
Since aging out of foster care, Takara has faced many challenges, including financial instability, mental health struggles, and meeting her basic needs—all while continuing to push forward on her own. Despite these obstacles, she has remained committed to building a better future.
Today, Takara is fully dedicated to her Radiologic Technology program, already completing the majority of her coursework and working toward a career in healthcare. She is focused on her education, personal growth, and creating long-term stability in her life.
Takara continues to show up and give her all, even when carrying so much on her own. With the support of our community, she will have the reliable transportation she needs to stay on track and reach the finish line of her program.
