Nicole is dreaming of becoming a nurse and needs a desk and comfortable desk chair to create a dedicated space for studying and building her future.
At 24, Nicole is working hard to balance college and the challenges of building an independent life while pursuing her education.
Nicole spent approximately 16 years in care and has been on her own for the past six years. Transitioning into adulthood without being taught many basic life skills has been challenging, and she has had to learn how to navigate independence largely on her own. Despite these obstacles and having to start over multiple times, Nicole has continued pushing forward and creating greater stability in her life.
Nicole is currently in college and plans to graduate in spring 2028. She is pursuing her education with the goal of becoming a nurse. Her hope is to become financially stable, build a successful career, and create a secure future for herself.
A small desk and comfortable desk chair would make a meaningful difference in Nicole's daily life. Having a dedicated and peaceful place to study would allow her to complete assignments, prepare for exams, apply for jobs, participate in interviews, and stay organized as she works toward her degree.
