Kristauna entered the foster care system as an infant and aged out at eighteen. Since then, she has worked hard to build independence while balancing school, housing, transportation, and daily responsibilities on her own. Despite those challenges, she has persevered and remained committed to achieving her academic and career goals.
Kristauna is currently attending college and pursuing a career in healthcare with the goal of becoming a nurse and growing into healthcare leadership. She has earned recognition for her academic achievements, including Dean’s List honors, and continues to pursue opportunities that will strengthen both her education and professional experience.
