Heaven’lee was in foster care for twelve years before aging out at eighteen. Her experiences took a significant toll on her mind, heart, soul, and body, but she has pursued health with an undeterred spirit. Through therapy, self-reflection, and honest communication, Heaven’lee has found a sense of inner strength and health that is giving her motivation to move forward in health and hope. As a decorated high school athlete, Heaven’lee knows the importance of healthy routines and consistent discipline in maintaining holistic health, so she has her sights set on martial arts as a way to train her mind and body and cultivate wellness. She even has an interest in pursuing a career in this space, so the opportunity to belong to a gym is more than just a chance to work out.
