Angel is dreaming of becoming a DJ and needs an audio mixer to develop her skills, create music, and take the next step in pursuing her passion. Music has been a constant source of fun, safety, and comfort in Angel’s life, and she has begun turning that passion into something creative by making beats for friends who perform and write music. A DJ mixer would give her the hands-on equipment she needs to continue learning, experimenting, and growing as a musician.
Angel’s passion for music began as something personal, but it has grown into a dream of creating music that can connect with and inspire others. After seeing someone ask, “If you love music, why aren’t you making it?” Angel decided to take her passion more seriously. She now creates beats that her friends use in their performances, and she hopes to continue developing her sound and eventually do what she loves while helping others accomplish their own goals.
After aging out of foster care at 18, Angel has spent the past seven years navigating life independently. She has worked hard to build stability while balancing employment, side gigs, and college. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, with an expected graduation in 2028. Angel also hopes to one day own or manage a resource center where she can help others access opportunities and support.
Supporting her dream with an audio mixer would give Angel an opportunity to invest in herself and turn a passion that has brought her comfort into a creative skill and potential career. This equipment could be the beginning of Angel building her confidence, developing her craft, and creating music that brings the same sense of connection and joy to others that music has brought to her.
