Savannah

She finally has a place to exhale.

After aging out of foster care, Savannah spent years doing everything she could to create stability for herself and her young son, working full time, moving often, and living paycheck to paycheck.

She held onto hope for something better: a real home, reliable transportation, and the chance to one day return to school to become an ultrasound technician.

Because of Dream Makers, that hope became reality.

Savannah signed the lease on her very first apartment and received support to furnish it with essentials. What could have been an empty space finally felt like home, steady and safe for her and her son.

Then something even bigger happened. Savannah received her very first car.

That single gift changed everything. Getting to work became consistent. Childcare became manageable. Opportunities became reachable.

In her words:
“Being a part of Dream Makers has truly been life changing. They helped my small family accomplish things I never thought we’d be able to. They helped me believe that good people do exist.”

Today, Savannah is proud of graduating high school, raising her son, and choosing hope after years of instability. Her future feels possible.

And right now, more young adults just like Savannah are waiting for their dreams to be fulfilled.
