Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Our team cares so deeply for you and wants you to know that in the busyness of the season, you are on our minds. When you apply for a dream with Dream Makers, you’re never just part of a process. Your applications are received, read, and prayed over—your stories matter to us. Your dreams matter to us.
This year, more than 150 of you had your dreams fulfilled. Each one representing the hopes of resilient, courageous people who are working hard to build a better future, often in the face of real challenges. We are continually inspired by you.
We also recognize that the holidays can bring mixed emotions. The lights, gifts, and traditions can spark joy—but they can also remind us of what we’ve lost or never had: family connections, familiar traditions, or a sense of belonging. If that’s true for you, you’re not alone.
The message of Christmas speaks directly into those places of hurt with an invitation to hope. Over 2,000 years ago, God sent His only son to earth, not with fanfare or a royal procession, but through humility—meeting people where they were— in darkness, uncertainty, and need. The angels announced good news of great joy for all people: that a Savior had come.
This is the promise we hold onto—that unshakable hope, real peace, lasting joy, and unconditional love are not found in circumstances or achievements, but in Jesus. God meets us right where we are and offers His love as a free gift, even in the middle of our mess.
As you move through this season and into the year ahead, we hope you know this: you are seen, you are valued, and you are deeply loved—by God and by this community. You are not alone, and your story matters here. We are honored to walk alongside you and to keep dreaming with you.
