Jesse

Jesse spent two years in the foster care system before aging out to be on his own. His friends describe him as a hard-working individual that is persistent and determined to accomplish his goals. No matter what obstacles come his way, he will overcome. He is determined to show others that anything is possible.

Jesse's dream to be able to achieve a healthy future was recently fulfilled through Dream Makers! Having access and guidance in this area will help him reach his other dreams. He says, "A healthy future motivates me and helps me feel more confident in myself and gives me the boost to live a happier life."
