Chaz

Meet Chaz, a determined, selfless, and passionate young man who aged out of foster care at 18 and has been navigating life on his own ever since. He recently completed welding school and is now working as a welder, breaking generational cycles and building a better future for himself.

Thanks to a dream fulfilled, Chaz now has the work boots and gear he needs to step confidently into his career.

He shared: “My hopes are to continue my career in welding, break generational curses, and give myself the life and love I did not get when I was in the system and also when I aged out.”
