California
Our mission at Dream Makers is to transform the lives of former foster youth by connecting the community with their needs. We are honored to play our part, but the many needs of youth aging out of the foster care system cannot be met by one organization. That’s why we’re passionate about connecting with non-profits, both locally and nationally, to see this underserved population thrive as they’re holistically supported.
